With the new, expanded Club World Cup tournament coming to the United States in 2025, twelve host stadiums have been named. It is now an expanded Club World Cup with 32 teams participating in the tournament starting on June 15, 2025 and running until July 15, 2025 where the final will take place at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. It is a precursor to the stadium where the World Cup final will take place in 2026.
These are the locations where the tournament will take place:

- Bank of America Stadium, Charlotte
- TQL Stadium, Cincinnati
- Rose Bowl Stadium, Los Angeles
- Hard Rock Stadium, Miami
- GEODIS Park, Nashville
- Camping World Stadium, Orlando
- Inter & Co Stadium, Orlando
- Lincoln Financial Field, Philadelphia
- Lumen Field, Seattle
- Audi Field, Washington DC
- MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford
“Soccer is the most popular sport in the world, and in 2025 a new era for club soccer will begin when FIFA hosts the largest, most inclusive and merit-based global club competition here in the United States,” said FIFA President Gianni. Infantino, who made the announcement at the Global Citizen Festival in Central Park.
Manchester City are the reigning champions of the competition and will have the chance to defend their title. A total of 30 clubs have already qualified, including Concacaf representatives Monterrey, Seattle Sounders, Club Leon and Pachuca. There is also a spot for another MLS representative, but it has not yet been determined who will enter the league through that spot, but two meaningful teams are Inter Miami and the Columbus Crew.
Other qualified teams include Barcelona, Real Madrid, Liverpool, Chelsea and Bayern Munich.
