On November 24, Teddi shared a Instagram post to address her alleged affair with Simon.
She wrote, “The only person who can change your life is you. We have two options: pretend to be a victim or stand up and fight for ourselves. We all deserve peace and happiness.
“I’ve cried and mourned. I’ve taken responsibility and apologized for the things I did wrong. Now I’ve given myself permission to grow and blossom.”
Teddi told her followers: “There are three sides to every story,” before asking: “How can I stand up and stand up for the people that matter?”
She continued, “This is called being an adult. This is what saying with all your heart means.”
