Despite William’s frustration with his younger brother, Katie believes Princess Kate can get the family back on track.
Katie told Bronte: ‘The Princess of Wales may still be open to a reconciliation in some form. I still feel like it’s still quite early.
“But I do think that when you go through something like a cancer diagnosis and you go through the kind of journey that she did, and you confront your own mortality, you realize that life is short.
‘It’s far too short for division and family feuds. And maybe that will be a role that she will play at some point in healing that rift, because I think we look at the royal family as a symbol of unity. We’ll want to see them. along with Christmasthis will be the sixth Christmas that Harry will not be a part of.
“I do think it’s important. It could be that people are making these comments on social media, where you’re talking about togetherness, about empathy, about what’s happening in your own family, and they’re at risk of that happening.”
