James KennedyHe won’t answer questions about his recent arrest… and remains silent about what exactly happened last week when he was in public on Sunday.
The reality TV star was leaving the Long Beach Airport after flying back from his performance in Milwaukee last night when photogs caught up with him… and asked a series of questions
Watch the clip… the interviewer asks how he’s doing, what exactly happened last Tuesday, etc. — but James ignores him and looks for his car instead.
Kennedy jumps into the vehicle and closes the door without making a beep before the clip ends… so it doesn’t seem like he’ll be talking about his arrest anytime soon.

As we told you… last Tuesday, LAPD arrested Kennedy on domestic violence charges after police say he got into an argument with an unnamed woman and allegedly grabbed her.
According to the Burbank Police Department arrest log, an officer contacted James and the woman, who police say told their friend. picked her up and threw her to the ground.
James was arrested and released… and he’s clearly not letting the arrest hold him back — run a set in Wisconsin Saturday night.

His attorneys released a statement in the wake of the arrest saying they hoped the city attorney would not issue charges. Ally Lewber — James’ longtime girlfriend — also told fans she is doing wellbut requested privacy at this time.
It’s clear the two plan to stick around for now… because Kennedy certainly isn’t answering any questions.
