… Singer’s look caused concern

Doug Kiker was rushed to the hospital after a worried passer -by walked past him on the street … and the look of the star was so worried about this person called paramedics.
TMZ law enforcement sources … A person who walked around in Denver passed Kiker on the street, glanced at him and immediately called 911.
We were told that this person told the 911 operator that they were worried about his appearance and said that he might have experienced an overdose of drugs.
Emergency Medical Services units transported Kiker to the hospital … where he died five days later.
Sources near the situation – not our sources for law enforcement – told us that drugs Doug caused a heart attack … landed in the hospital.
Worth mentioning … The medical investigator has not announced an official cause of death – and the investigation is underway.
As we told you … Kiker’s ex-fiancé, Valerie CookTold us that Kiker died on Monday – she said she hated that her children lost their father. Doug’s mother and brother too confirmed his death For us.
“The Singing Garbage Man” was announced in season 18 of “American Idol” … when he brought Katy Perry To tears with his interpretation of Rascal Flatts ‘bless the broken road’. He was eliminated in the next round after singing Marvin Gaye‘s “is not a mountain high enough.”
Kiker was 32.
