Brittany Fortinberry – the Indiana teacher accused of the sexual abuse of children by allegedly asking them to gang up while they wore “Scream” masks- was instructed to stay away from the alleged victims in her case.
According to new legal documents, obtained by TMZ, Fortinberry’s prohibited from having direct or indirect contact with one of the minor boys involved in the case and she cannot go to his house, school or work. If she sees him in public, she has been instructed to stay at least 1,000 feet distance.
Public Prosecutors say that the court has also issued an order that Brittany forbids “not to have direct or indirect contact with our victims.”
Moreover, Fortinberry cannot own weapons, weapons or ammunition.
Also in the documents, the police say that one of the alleged victims of Fortinberry told agents told that she had a drawer full of sex toys … including dildos in all shapes and sizes.
The police also say that the student said that it seemed as if Brittany had a stripping post in the middle of the bedroom where she reportedly molests her victims.
Brittany posed for a few different mugshots since her arrest, but we have obtained a number of Salacious photos that she placed on social media before her bust.
Cops say that she would communicate with the students on Snapchat … she would send nuds and other suggestive photos and sexual requests.
Brittany is still locked up in the Morgan County prison.
We contacted Brittany’s lawyer, who refused to comment.
