Amazon Prime Day is one of the biggest online sales on the calendar and the retail giant has now confirmed when the next one will be.
It’s only a few days away and Amazon has said there will be “epic deals for top brands” with discounts on “hundreds of thousands of products”, including names like Samsung, Sony, Ninja, Shark, Bose, Oral-B and many more.
As usual, Amazon will be significantly slashing the prices of its own Alexa devices, such as Fire TV smart TVs, Ring doorbells, Echo smart speakers, and more. Below you’ll find all the information you need about Prime Day 2024, including early deals.
When is the next Amazon Prime Day?
Amazon has confirmed that Prime Day 2024 will take place July 16-17.
Yes, it’s two days as usual, despite it being called a ‘day’, so you can buy deals for 48 hours.
The date applies to Great Britain, the US, Canada and many other countries (full list below).
If you’re wondering if there will be another Prime Day later this year, the answer is probably. Amazon has done it in October in previous years and we see no reason why it won’t do the same again.

What time does the Amazon Prime Day sale end?
The Prime Day discounts are available until 11:59 PM on July 17. Despite being called Prime Day, the event lasts 48 hours.
If the available offers aren’t quite what you’re looking for, don’t worry. Other sales will undoubtedly take place during the summer at competing retailers such as Curries in Great Britain and BestBuy in the US.
Before we know it, Black Friday will be back and will take place on Friday, November 22, 2024, with Cyber Monday following on Monday, November 25, 2024. Both offer many more discounts, and not just from Amazon.
