Floods seem to have become a part of life for many of our fellow citizens in various parts of Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
Despite the country having spent trillions on countless flood control projects, Filipinos are still grappling with the seemingly never-ending flood problem, as several senators highlighted during a hearing following the devastation caused by Typhoon Carina.
With this urgent matter, I will speak with Mr. Felino “Jun” A. Palafox, Jr., a renowned Philippine urban planner and architect.
