The bachelorThe Deanna Pappas has accused ex-husband, Stephen Stagliano, of physical abuse that she left her “shaking with fear” during their marriage.
Pappas, which led season 4 of the ABC -Reality series, submitted explosive abuse claims against Stagliano in her petition for a limiting order -after a custody change and her recent arrest, RadarOnline.com can reveal.

Pappas said that she remains ‘shaking with fear’ while she described an alleged incident in which her ex slammed her clothes.

The former couple made the knot in 2011 and she presented a divorce in January 2023.
In her petition, Pappas, 43, outlined the alleged problems in their marriage that her 41-year-old ex “struggled with depression … and was held under a 5150 hold.”
She added: “I don’t take this to just speak negatively about (Stephen).”

Despite the allegations, she defended the role of Stagliano as a father and stated that his alleged mental health problems “does not mean that I don’t think he is a good father.”
She added: “I know our children love him deep and I believe that we should see a realistic look what is going on.”
The former couple shares two children: a daughter, Addison Marie, born in February 2014, and a son, Austin Michael, born in March 2016.

As for the confrontation at her home last month, The bachelor Participant claimed that this was not the first time that things were physically between them.
She claimed that Stagliano attacked her in the fall of 2022, shouted at her and called her a “crazy b —-.”
Pappas claimed that her reaction to his comments then led him in a “violent anger” when he pushed her and pulled her clothes.

Pappas claimed: “Stephen pushed me with one hand. Stephen clamped his fist on my shirt and bra with the other hand.
“Stephen pushed me back powerfully in the fridge. I was attached to the fridge and held there by Stephen’s grabbing on my clothes. My shirt and bra both tore my body.
“Stephen pushed his chest and body into me so that I could not escape his grip.”

She further described: “Stephen screamed in my face and called me a crazy b — h and an F — ING nightmare.
“I was able to get my hands free and push Stephen away from me. Stephen walked away. I was shaking physically with fear.”

In her petition, Pappas also described another supposed incident from the fall of 2022, and claimed that Stagliano was shouting at her in the laundry room.
She also said that he used his body to block her exit and “hosted me in the laundry room while he kept screaming for five six minutes from the top of his lungs to me.”

Pappas, who shares two children with her ex, submitted a divorce in 2023 after he was married for more than ten years.

Another alleged incident took place on September 1, 2021, while the two ‘lived with Stephen’s parents’.
At that moment Pappas claimed: “Stephen attacked me physically. We were in the living room.”
She said that her ex “mean” names shouted at her and at one point, “jumped up from the bank and came running towards me.”

The TV star added: “Stephen used his physical body to push me back into the bar stools. With his body, Stephen threw me against the bar stools.
“Stephen pressed his body vigorously into mine to the point where I was bent backwards and in pain. Stephen’s attack ended when I used my hands to push Stephen away from me.”

The ABC personality claimed further in 2016, while she was pregnant, Stagliano pushed her while she held their other child – so that she stumbled backwards.
Pappas was arrested on 27 February after Stagliano accused her of domestic violence. She denied the allegations, including claims that she hit and hit him.
She claimed that Stagliano demanded that she got closer so that he could smell if she had drunk, but she refused and closed inside.

After she had heard noise in the garage, she went outside, where Stagliano reportedly grabbed and pushed her strongly.
Pappas claimed that her ex pushed her again and encouraged her to lock herself and call the police. She was arrested for a crime, but was released hours later.
She then agreed to do a voluntary drug and alcohol test that came back negatively.

Pappas later submitted a limiting command permit – including screenshots of a video that made her daughter of the incident – of which she believes she is proving her innocence.
A hearing is planned for later this month.

The former couple decided their divorce in June and agreed not to drink heavily around their children.
Pappas and Stagliano arranged their divorce in June 2024 and agreed not to drink over their children.
The provision stated: “Neither of both parties will drink alcohol that exceeds the legal limit during their storage periods, or have a child and/or children in their detention and control when they are intoxicated.”
The reality star appeared in season 11 of The bachelor and Leiden season 4 of The bachelor.
