Beetlejuice Beetlejuice is the sequel to the 1980s dark comedy starring Michael Keaton, Winona Ryder and Catherine O’Hara. The new film sees the return of the iconic cast and is supported by one of the brightest stars of the new generation of actors, Jenna Ortega.

When could Beetlejuice 2 be released on VOD?
According to predictions, the sequel to Burton’s cult classic will be a huge success. Variety reports that Beetlejuice Beetlejuice could make as much as $100 million in its opening weekend. If that happens, Warner Bros., the studio behind the film, will be in no rush to bring Beetlejuice to VOD.
Warner’s most successful blockbusters – Dune: Part Two, Wonka and Barbie – became available for rent and purchase a month and a half after their theatrical release. Based on this, we predict that Beetlejuice 2 could be released digitally in the US and UK around October 19, 2024.
However, please note that this is just a prediction and Warner Bros. this date has yet to be confirmed.
When will Beetlejuice 2 be released on DVD/Blu-ray?
Physical copies of the film will likely hit stores after Beetlejuice’s debut on VOD. Barbie, Wonka and Dune: Part Two, on DVD and Blu-ray, was released in America about a month after its digital release. We believe that Warner Bros. in the case of Burton’s film will likely follow a similar path.
If this happens, copies of Beetlejuice 2 could hit stores in the US around November 19, 2024. However, UK fans may have to wait a little longer for Beetlejuice Beetlejuice DVD and Blu-ray editions if previous releases leave something to be desired.
These dates have of course not yet been officially confirmed.

When can Beetlejuice 2 be released on streaming services?
After the release on DVD and Blu-ray, the films from Warner Bros. quite quickly on streaming, although the wait time varies.
Dune: Part Two reached Max a week after the release of physical copies of the film, while Wonka hit the market ten days after its DVD and Blu-ray debut. On the other hand, Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire arrived on Max three weeks after the release of the physical copies, while Barbie arrived on streaming nine weeks after the DVD and Blu-ray editions came out.
We think Warner Bros. won’t delay the film’s streaming debut for too long – after all, Beetlejuice will work well as both a spooky seasonal tale and a Christmas movie. On that note, we predict the film will premiere on Max in November or December 2024.
The situation may be slightly different in the UK – Beetlejuice Beetlejuice will likely appear on Sky and Now a little later.
