Both showed off in tight leather outfits, accessorized with thigh-high boots and topped off with sleek long hair, albeit in different shades. The fashion energy was fierce, as was all things black. The nostalgic tie-in only fits the legend of Missy Elliot.
However, Christmas may be four months away, but… Mary Carey thawed early. Announcing her Christmas tour, Carey posed in a red, glittering Valdrini Sahiti dress and her signature wavy hair. The plunging neckline number revealed a dazzling diamond necklace, adding shine to the already alluring aesthetic. There’s one thing Carey will always do, maybe two: secure the Santa bag and start the countdown in style.
Meanwhile, South African star girl Bonang Matheba made a chic bag for leather—one that a fashion girl would want to wear even on a hot summer day. To publicize her reality show ‘B*dazzled by Bonang’, she wrapped herself in coordinating layers of leather. The white leather set consisted of oversized trousers and a short zip-up jacket, characterized by fine tailoring and an expensive texture. Plus, she paired this with a brown coat for a dignified contrast, then underlined the look with a large tote bag. No lessons can be given. From the play of colors to the silhouette, big things only catch the eye at Bonang.
