Although Netflix renewed Black Mirror for a different season in November 2023, we are just starting to learn more about what to expect from the seventh episode of the Dystopian sci-fi Anthology thanks to the latest trailer.
The new images show that the series will tackle the division of AI in the typical Charlie Brooker-Mode and will include the very first follow-up delivery. This season we also have an incredible cast, including former doctor Peter Capaldi, comedian Awkwafina and various recurring faces.

The seventh season of Black Mirror will fall on Netflix on Thursday 10 April 2025. It will consist of 6 episodes.
Black Mirror Season 7 Episode Details
Netflix has not unveiled the titles or plot descriptions of the new episodes of the anthology. During Netflix’s Geeked Week 2024, Charlie Brooker, the maker of the series, teased,:
You can expect a mix of genres and styles. This time we have six episodes and two of them are in principle length. Some of them are deeply unpleasant, some are pretty funny and some are emotional.
It is back to basics in many ways. They are all sci-fi stories-eries are definitely some horrible things that take place, but perhaps not in an open horror film way. There is certainly some disturbing content.

It is once known that there will be a sequel on the famous Star Trek-Parody. The episode of the USS Callister appeared in the fourth season and the cast included Jesse Plemons and Cristin Milioti, with Kirsten Dunst made a small cameo.
Netflix shared a brief description of the Continued episode:
Robert Daly is dead, but their problems have just begun for the crew of the USS callister.
Robert Daly, played by Jesse Plemons, was a co-maker of a massive online game multiplayer. He created a simulation populated by clones of his employees, but as expected, the project quickly got out of hand.
It seems that the makers of Black Mirror will share in the new season what happened to the Daly team. In a remark from Netflix’s Tudum, Brooker Krapje explained:
For the first time we did a sequel in the history of Black Mirror. Normally I die all characters at the end of an episode, [but] I kept some of them alive. I grow like a person.
