Chris Brown sued by injured security guard after alleged concert attack

Concert guests Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Bush and Da Marcus Powell submitted their own concert $50 million lawsuit on Monday. Among those named in the legal filing were: Brown, Omololu Akinlolu, aka “Hood Boss,” Marquis Conway, aka “Yella Breezy,” an unnamed man known as “Sinko Ceej” , and the entertainment company LiveNation.

Their complaint stated, “The unprovoked violence included multiple blows to the plaintiffs’ head and chest, and ultimately involved stomping them while they were on the ground.”

Overpeck’s lawsuit stated that the security guard “attempted to intervene to stop the violence” but was “instead thrown to the side, while Brown simultaneously shouted racial slurs and demanded that his entourage join in and the four fans defeated.”
