Chris Paul offloaded his California mansion – a huge estate with amazing amenities, including a saltwater pool and a home theater – for more than $15 million!
The future Hall of Famer, who last played for the Warriors before signing with the San Antonio Spurs in July, put the Encino property on the market with real estate agent this summer Ikem Chukumerije … and now TMZ Sports has learned that it sold this week for $15,150,000.

If there was ever a possibility that $15 million could be a bargain, this is it. The 12,830 square foot property comes with eight bedrooms, twelve bathrooms and a kitchen that Gordon Ramsay jealous.
The crib also has a luxurious glass wine cellar, a home gym (obviously), a home theater, and a sports court (think a place to play basketball, tennis, etc.)
And the backyard view is breathtaking… making a dip in the saltwater pool that much better.
‘Selling Sunset’ stars Jason Oppenheim And Maria Bonnet represented the buyer.
Even though the house has been sold, there’s no need to worry about CP3…he has no place to lay his head. In fact, Paul’s upgrade (at least in price) dropped $19 million another LA mansion.
That makes sense… Chris spent much of his NBA career in Cali, with the 12x All-Star playing six seasons with the Clippers. He also made stops with the Golden State Warriors and the Phoenix Suns.
