Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with two new lawsuits accusing him of sexually assaulting both a 10-year-old and a 17-year-old boy.
Both lawsuits were filed by an attorney Tony Buzbee in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, according to documents obtained by Variety on Monday, October 28. The first lawsuit concerned an alleged 2005 attack on a 10-year-old boy who wanted to become an actor or rapper.
The victim, identified as John Doe, currently resides in California. He claimed in the filing that his parents flew him from Los Angeles to New York to meet Diddy, 55, for an “audition” and consultation.
When the family arrived, Diddy reportedly asked to meet the boy alone in front of his family, which they agreed to. The boy was dropped off at Diddy’s hotel and left alone to rap for Diddy, who reportedly told the boy he could “make him a star.”
Doe claimed he was asked how much he wanted to be famous and told Diddy “like any ten-year-old child might, that he would ‘do anything’.” One of Diddy’s co-workers then allegedly gave the boy a soda that made him feel “kind of funny.”
The alleged victim’s attorneys claimed that Diddy drugged the soda with “including but not limited to GHB and/or ecstasy.” The boy was reportedly told “sometimes you have to do things you don’t want to do” after Diddy pushed him to the ground.
Diddy allegedly exposed himself to the child and told the boy to “kiss” his penis, but he refused. Diddy then forced the boy to perform oral sex, and according to the claim, he soon lost consciousness.
When Doe woke up, he claimed that Diddy’s “pants were loose and his anus and buttocks were severely sore.” When the boy cried and asked about his parents, Diddy allegedly told him that he would hurt his parents if he told anyone what happened.
Doe’s attorneys claimed that when the counselor returned to the hotel to pick him up, she noticed he was “severely shaken.” When the boy was reunited with his parents, who reportedly said he was “lethargic and acting differently.”
In the nearly two decades since the alleged incident, Doe claimed he suffered from “severe depression and anxiety, leaving him hopeless and fatigued.”
“The attorney behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is evident from his continued appearances in the press and his 1-800 number,” Diddy’s rep said. We weekly in a statement Monday, in response to both lawsuits filed by Buzbee. “As we have said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are ridiculous or demonstrably false on their face.”
The statement concluded: “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the legal process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually abused or trafficked anyone – male or female, adult or minor.”
Comments from Diddy’s legal team also focused on the second filing filed Monday, in which a second John Doe alleged the rapper forced him to perform oral sex in 2008. The alleged incident took place while the then 17 year old boy was auditioning for Making the tapeper court documents obtained by Variety.
The victim alleged that during three separate auditions for the show, Diddy forced him to perform sex acts on him and his bodyguard, whom he called “T.” The alleged exchanges were a test to see how much the teen wanted to become a singer, the lawsuit said.
The complainant alleged that after Diddy saw how uncomfortable he was with the situation, he told him he would “keep an eye on” Doe. The victim was ultimately eliminated from the competition.
Diddy has been making headlines since November 2023 when his ex-girlfriend Cassie accused him of sexual assault during their on-off romance. Diddy denied the claims, but settled with her out of court that same month.
Less than a year later, Diddy was arrested on September 6 for racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution. In a fourteen-page indictment unsealed that month, Diddy was accused of threatening, coercing and abusing women “to fulfill his sexual desires.”
Since his incarceration — Diddy’s trial is scheduled for May 2025 — even more women and men have come forward with allegations of sexual assault. (Diddy has maintained his innocence but was denied bail several times.)
Buzbee filed five lawsuits on October 20 on behalf of various clients alleging incidents that allegedly occurred between 2000 and 2002. On Wednesday, October 25, a woman filed her own lawsuit with the help of attorney Buzbee, claiming that when she was 19 years old , Diddy, a former college student, raped her at a hotel party in 2004.
The woman claimed Diddy threatened to kill her if she didn’t do what he asked after he allegedly forced her classmate to perform oral sex on him while she was in the room. Diddy’s team released a similar statement to the one above, tellingly Us“Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are ridiculous or demonstrably false on their face.”
