Diddy He could spend a year or perhaps more behind bars awaiting trial, but that won’t break his spirit. On the contrary, at least according to his lawyer.
Diddy’s lawyer Marc Agnifiloappears in a new documentary from TMZ Studios — “The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment” — just released fell on Tubi …and we asked him about his client’s state of mind in prison.
Agnifilo says Diddy remains remarkably positive and is not letting the charges weaken him. Instead, Agnifilo says Diddy is so focused on his defense that it actually gives him a form of strength and confidence that will help him cope with being behind bars for an extended period of time.
Diddy is currently locked up in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn… and his old nemesis Suge Knight Diddy warns about this watch his back around the other prisoners.
The thing is… Diddy is still in the special housing unit, which keeps him out of the general population of the prison.
Diddy is attracted suicide watch even though his legal team says he’s not suicidal… and here Agnifilo tells us that Diddy has come to terms with the fact that MDC Brooklyn is his new home for now and lives by the adage: “Don’t tell me what I did wrong done, tell me what to do now.”
