Dinesh Karthik organizes the entire team in his Chennai residence prior to CSK vs RCB IPL 2025 Match [Watch]

Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) Batcoach Dineh Karthik organized the entire team in his home in Chennai prior to their IPL 2025 collision against the Chennai Super Kings (CSK). The two teams meet at the Ma Chidambaram Stadium on Friday 28 March.

The entire RCB team was seen on Thursday in the home of the former cricket player. The players, together with the support staff, were casually dressed, enjoying and having fun eating and drinking in an open space decorated with lights.

Dineh Karthik posted a video of the same on his official Instagram account with the caption –

“Welcome to my Anbuden.”

RCB started their IPL 2025 campaign on a successful note with a seven-wicket victory over the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the Eden Garden. As far as Dineh Karthik is concerned, he played for the first time for the franchise in 2015 before he returned three seasons in 2022. Post the 2024 season, he stays with the team as a batting coach.

Can RCB break their Chennai Jinx this time?

Although RCB has started a victory, they will get a strict test against five -time CSK champions in Chennai. The visitors do not have a great record in Chennai in the IPL.

Of the nine games that have been played between the two teams in Chennai so far, RCB has succeeded in winning only one and lost eight times. Moreover, their only victory against CSK came to the location in 2008.

That is why it is about 17 years since RCB won an IPL match against CSK in Chennai. Of the 33 games played between the two teams in general, CSK is far ahead with 21 victories, compared to 11 victories by the franchise established in Bengaluru.

Rajat Patidar and his troops would like to break and build the Jinx at the momentum of their opening profit against KKR. In the meantime, CSK defeated the Mumbai Indians in their opening match of IPL 2025.

With both teams in this collision on the back of victories in their previous games, it only makes the game exciting.
