Donald Trump has lawyers ready should Kamala Harris claim victory.

Donald Trump is preparing his team of lawyers to challenge the outcome of the election if he loses to Kamala Harris.
RadarOnline.com can reveal the former president, 78, and his allies have already begun claiming there is no verification for foreign or military ballots, election officials are using early voting to commit fraud and stacks of mail ballots in swing states are illegal to sow distrust at the vote.

David Becker, executive director of the Center for Election Innovation & Research, a nonpartisan group that promotes election security, said: “The question isn’t whether they’re going to make these claims, the question is whether the court will even allow them on the smallest time of day.”
Trump has hired veteran election lawyer Gineen Bresso to oversee hundreds of legal experts working on the Republican Party’s so-called election integrity efforts.

Meanwhile, Democrats have vastly expanded their legal team over the past four years, employing 400 lawyers, including two former U.S. attorneys general, and 10,000 others on call across the 50 states, working on legal drafts for scenarios that could happen occur. “
Dana Remus, who heads Harris’ legal operation, told The Wall Street Journal: “They started earlier and we started earlier too. Since 2020, we have never stopped preparing.
“As soon as Republicans make a case, as soon as they start saying the election results cannot be trusted, we are prepared to respond.”

Harris has also strengthened her legal team ahead of the expected battle with Trump’s lawyers.

Democrats have taken some legal action of their own, including in the swing state of Georgia, where they successfully challenged the pro-Trump election board’s new rules that could have given that body more power.
In 2020, Trump and his legal team, including Rudy Giuliani, the former mayor of New York, challenged the results on several grounds long before the final votes were counted.

After Trump declared victory in a 2 a.m. speech from the White House, the campaign filed lawsuits to halt the counts in Michigan and Georgia.
Later that day, a third lawsuit was filed in Pennsylvania to prevent voters from “curing” mail ballots that lacked ID.
In the days, weeks and months that followed, they unsuccessfully filed more than 60 lawsuits in an attempt to overturn the results, often based on false claims of widespread voter fraud.
Their appeals were rejected by the Supreme Court, which is dominated by conservative judges appointed by Trump.

While the betting markets still show Trump winning on November 5, Democratic candidate Harris has closed the gap significantly in the final days of the presidential race.
According to Kalshi, the largest regulated US exchange, Trump’s odds of winning fell from 64 percent to 56 percent in just 48 hours.
Meanwhile, Polymarket had Harris, 60, and Trump tied at 49 percent on October 3.
