Donald Trump tells Elon Musk that illegal immigration saved his life

Elon Musk And Donald Trump finally chop it up…the former president does a live interview on Elon’s social media platform,

Trump got a huge laugh from Elon when he said, “Illegal immigration saved my life.”

The former president talked about how a card about illegal immigration caused him to turn his head ever so slightly during his July 13 rally in Butler, PA… moving his head just enough to avoid being hit by a bullet was hit then Thomas Matthew Crooks opened fire.

Elon chuckled at Trump’s comment… and Trump repeatedly said it was a miracle and an act of God that he moved just in time for the bullet to graze his ear. Trump says that without illegal immigration, he would have spoken to Elon from another realm.

Elon and Trump are currently having a conversation on Spaces… coming off late after a series of issues that Musk blamed on a cyber attack… and Elon is singing the praises of legal immigration and Trump’s mostly acquiescing and bashing of illegal aliens.

On the assassination attempt, Elon continued to try to get Trump to bash the Secret Service… with Musk saying it was unbelievable that the roof wasn’t secured… but Trump wouldn’t bite. Instead, Trump praised USSS agents and the sniper who took out Crooks… and Elon said the image of Trump pumping his fist was what America was all about.

Trump also said he will return to Butler for a campaign rally sometime in October. He announced his return to Butler last month, but didn’t give any indication of when that would be until his interview with Elon.

The live audio interview was scheduled to start promptly at 8:00 PM ET, but people struggled to get into the conversation and at 8:18 PM Elon blamed it on a “massive” denial-of-service attack.

A few minutes later, Elon claimed that ‘. audio immediately afterwards.”

Elon attributed it all to what he feels is great opposition and resistance to Trump.

Ahead of Monday night’s interview, Trump said posted a flood of tweets on X…the first time he’s done that since August 2023when he got the mugshot of his arrest in Georgia.

Trump was banned from the platform after the Capitol riots of January 6, 2021, when X was known as Twitter. At the time, the Bird app determined that Trump’s posts incited violence… and his account was closed.

When Elon Bought Twitter in 2022, he Trump’s account restored …although Trump didn’t repost until the 2023 mugshot dropped…instead, he largely limited his social media footprint to his own platform, Truth Social.

But when Elon invited Trump to a live conversation, Trump’s account became super active on Monday… posting campaign ads and attacks on his opponent, Kamala Harris.
