Denver Police are still seeking information about the Fatal shooting of a 42-year-old man A year ago on Capitol Hill.
Lyle “Alex” Kerr was in a vehicle near East Seventh Avenue and North Lincoln Street around 9 p.m. on January 23, 2024, when someone approached and shot him and a second man entered the vehicle.
The suspect fled on foot, according to Denver police. Kerr died from his injuries on April 21.
