Sven Lung, CEO of Greenpark, is revolutionising global brand publishing with data-driven insights, AI-powered creative solutions, and a laser focus on business results.

Greenpark is a global performance -driven content agency that specializes in omnichannel search and social.

Founded to bring about a revolution in Brand Publishing, combines deep insights into the public with innovative digital strategies, making the best international customers such as Unilever, Campari Group and Kimberly Clark that resonates with both people and algorithms.

From the start, Greenpark has aimed at producing tangible business results. With more than 150 brand websites and social channels worldwide, and more than 200 million biological sessions that are generated annually, the agency has saved customers millions on paid media, while stimulating the brand herinnering and the intention of the brand. It has recently strengthened its position in advanced AI technology and creative AI Laboratories, so that a reputation is confirmed that it will stay ahead of the curve.

At the helm is CEO and founder Sven Lung, who has tightened his data -driven Ethos and at the same time manage substantially paid media studs as a founder of online fashion store Brandalley. He emphasizes that long -term growth is dependent on targeted and owned media strategies: ‘I wanted to offer brands an extensive approach that integrates SEO, tech, content and digital PR to effectively build visibility and scale. Being independent of external financing has also given me control over the direction of the company. ‘

What was the inspiration behind Greenpark?

I wanted to bring about a revolution on fire publishing for brands and organizations. I have previously managed a considerably paid media budget as the founder of an online fashion store, Brandalley, so first -hand saw how well earned and owned media strategies were more effective in achieving long -term growth.

I started Greenpark to offer other brands an extensive approach that integrates SEO, tech, content and digital PR to effectively build up visibility and scale. I also wanted to be independent, without external financing, so I could have control over the long -term business.

I am proud to say that we now operate in 40 markets and serve multinationals such as Nestlé and Sanofi.

Who do you admire?

I have a great admiration for Sir Martin Sorrell. His ability to continue to build successful companies in this phase of his career, driven by a real passion for growth instead of just profit, resonates with me.

His recent companies are an example of innovative thinking and a fast scale, which I find incredibly inspiring. I share his dedication in empowering teams and promoting a cooperation environment-I believe that this is essential for long-term success.

He was also able to reinvent himself after setbacks and continues to innovate as the landscape of the industry changes. By maintaining an entrepreneurial spirit in business, you can be resilient and adaptable despite changes and I admire that a lot.

Looking back, is there something that you would have done differently?

My most important regret is my early recruitment methods. As a creative leader, my enthusiasm kept me again to do a thorough due diligence, which led to expensive rental errors. My advice to prospective entrepreneurs is to carefully check candidates, especially for key positions.

Having the right people in key roles makes earlier strategic planning possible not to be stuck in the weeds from the day to day. I think that founders are often too deepened in daily activities, try to manage every aspect of the company, and that can quickly become a barrier for growth. Hub the right people so that you can take a step back and instead become the architect of your business vision.

What defines your way of doing business?

Greenpark distinguishes itself as a boutique agency aimed at providing world -class digital services to large multinational customers. We are known to our customers to stimulate business results through amazing content that both people and algorithms love. We are best known in the industry for our innovative approach to omnichannel search and social marketing.

Our unique model includes building AI powered internal squadrons for customers, which means that dedicated experts are closely in line with their goals-it is all about injecting performance into their own and deserved media strategies. Our Agile, technically stated approach promotes strong partnerships and delivers measurable value.

Securing a substantial contract from Unilever in our early days (after refining our business model) is proof of this. Unilever recognized our potential and led us a multiple projects of several years, which validated our approach. Since then we have not looked back.

What advice would you give to someone who starts?

My best advice for new entrepreneurs is to first concentrate on market potential. Many start-ups fail despite important financing because they do not miss sustainable growth strategies. If you have this in place from the start while you are agile, you can adapt to changing needs and opportunities.

It is also important to give priority and to cultivate a strong basis before you return quickly. This requires an obligation to feed talent and build infrastructure to ensure that your team can thrive and make sense to your mission.

I would also advise everyone who starts to be independent for as long as possible, even if this means that things do more slower. This allows you to develop a long -term vision and create value in the company.
