Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing’s Graham Rahal was at the top of the second Indycar practitioning session in the Sonsio GP. The 36-year-old was followed by his teammates Louis Foster and Devlin Defrancesco when the Rahal Letterman Lanigan team occupied the top three places.

Alex Palou and Kyffin Simpson continued their strong start, finished P7 and P8, and were the highest drivers to put their fastest time on the slower primary ties. The top six bet their time on the alternative tires.

Team Penske Indycar drivers Scott McLaughlin and Josef Newgarden suffered one in practice and ended P20 and P22 respectively. The problems continued in the second training when Newgarden P19 and McLaughlin finished in P25. Colton Herta also had a shock of a session and finished P24.

Robert Shwartzman had a problem in the first training, which limited his running, making the second training super crucial for the Racing driver.

With 20 minutes to go in the second practice session, Kyffin Simpson and Alex Palou continued to show their pace and took the top two places. The Arrow McLaren -Duo of Nolan Siegel and Christian Lundgaard are locked up in the top five.

Scott McLaughlin did not succeed in using a good round with 20 minutes to go and was P25. Shwartzman and Santino Ferrucci have not set round times with only 15 minutes left in the session, after problems teasing the cars.

The driver set up a new alternative set for the last 10 minutes of the session to stimulate the qualifying runs. The timing magazines confused in the last five minutes, with all the drivers who use purple round times. Louis Foster first went to the top, followed by his RLL teammate Graham Rahal, improving the fastest time.
