For Maci Books, Catelynn Lowell, Leah Messer and even more cast members reunite for a brand new Sweet 16 season Teen Mom: The Next Chapter in January 2025, the MTV stars are working hard to create unforgettable holiday memories for their children.
“A favorite tradition is our family movie nights, where we watch holiday classics with hot chocolate in hand,” Cheyenne Floyd shared exclusively with We weekly. “We also make time to give back by volunteering or donating to those in need. We teach the children the importance of kindness during this magical season.”

Taylor Selfridge
In addition to celebrating with her family at the Disneyland Resort and Seaworld San DiegoSelfridge, 30, also makes many happy memories at home.
“We always watch the classic Christmas movies together,” she said Us. “We bake a lot and this year we made our own decorations. I like light, actually everywhere in the house, to give it a magical feeling.”
After everything was settled, Selfridge joked that she hoped her house would look “like the North Pole.”
Jade Clijn
Between balancing her roles as a real estate agent and salon owner in Indianapolis, 27-year-old Cline is all about family time.
“Our holiday traditions certainly include a baking evening with family and friends,” she said Us. “My daughter Kloie likes to make gingerbread cookies and homemade turtles. We also enjoy going to the winter illuminations at Newfields Art Museum every year.”
Mackenzie McKee
Before a busy holiday partying in Florida, Oklahoma and Jamaica, McKee, 30, enjoys shopping with her kids.
“I like to give my kids $50 to $100 each and let them shop for each other,” she said. “I take them individually and let them pick it out, wrap it and they light up as they watch their brother or sister open their gift. It teaches them that life is about giving and not always about getting.”
Cheyenne Floyd
“The holidays are all about creating memories with my family,” Floyd, 32, shared Us. “We love decorating the house together – from putting up the tree to hanging lights and ornaments.”
The fun continues in the kitchen where desserts are often made.
“Baking cookies is a must,” the “Unfiltered Kitchen” podcast host shared. “It’s always fun to see how the children get creative with decorating.”
Leah Messer
As Messer’s daughter, Ali, celebrates her new driver’s license, this Teen mom family will continue with their annual traditions such as posing in matching Ivy City dresses in front of the Christmas trees.
“Some of our favorite holiday moments as a family should be cooking together, enjoying art activities and playing games,” Messer, 32, shared. Us. “And also our little gingerbread house competition!”
Maci Books
At Bookout’s home, Christmas celebrations don’t just last 24 hours. Instead, they extend over several days.
“Every Sunday and Wednesday evening we have Christmas movie nights!” Bookout, 33, revealed. “Popcorn and hot chocolate included! We also get really cool ugly Christmas sweaters to wear every year!”

Before you enjoy one white christmas Along with her husband Tyler Baltierra, the 32-year-old Lowell will brighten the season with some familiar traditions.
“Decorating the tree as a family!” She told us. “We always do Christmas Eve pajamas, hot chocolate and a holiday movie.”
