In a surprising step, Apple finally had their purchased apps, music and other digital content transferred from one Apple account to another. However, there are some limitations to keep in mind.
The biggest disadvantage is that this option is only available in certain regions. Those in the US are fine, but if you are in the UK, the EU or India, you cannot take advantage of it, because Apple has chosen to limit the function in these areas for reasons that remain unclear.
For now we do not know when or whether this function will ever be made available in the currently limited countries.

Even for those who have access to it, the transfer process is not very easy. You can only move purchases from a secondary account to a primary account.
The primary account is linked to iCloud and most Apple services, while the secondary account is used exclusively for buying media and apps. If you are ever stuck with purchases on an account that you no longer use actively, this can be a useful update.
That said, Apple did not make it easy. The process includes several steps and a long list of conditions that must be met before you can successfully migrate your content.
If you meet the criteria, follow the official Apple guidelines carefully to complete the transfer.
