Jeffrey Epstein was murdered in his New York City jail cell – and the FBI buried videos proving the politically connected billionaire did not commit suicide, the late financier’s brother has sensationally claimed.
Mark Epstein, 69, is speaking out on the five-year anniversary of the infamous pedophile’s death, also accusing police officers of secretly taking his sibling’s corpse from the Metropolitan Correctional Center to cover up the cold-blooded murder .

Jeffrey, 66, was being held in the Big Apple in 2019 awaiting trial on minor sex trafficking charges when officials said he hanged himself with a torn bed sheet. But some forensic experts have argued that physical evidence points to murder.
Now Mark has claimed the FBI is blocking his efforts to obtain surveillance recordings and bombshell videos taken by a secret witness – amid claims Jeffrey lay dead in his cell for two hours before guards raised the alarm.
The artist turned real estate investor says he recently learned that a videographer, whose name has been withheld by police officers, captured the movement of his lover’s lifeless body as it was taken from his cell to nearby Beekman Hospital, where he died was declared.
But Mark accused the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) of denying the footage – despite his numerous requests.

In a new interview, Mark explained: “I was told there was always a portable video camera on.
“When the paramedics reached the prison, [jail officials] had moved Jeff from his cell to the infirmary. Why did they move him if he was already dead? And the same video camera also filmed him in the hospital. Where’s the tape for that?”
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Mark believes his well-connected brother was wiped out because he had damning evidence of sexual misdeeds committed by rich and powerful friends who wanted to silence him – forever.

He insists that Attorney General Bill Barr likely ruled the death a “suicide” to protect VIPs, including political leaders, foreign royalty and business tycoons who became ensnared in the blackmailing perv’s flesh-dealing racket.
New York’s chief medical examiner, Dr. Barbara Sampson, ruled that Jeffrey committed suicide.
But noted forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden, who was hired by Mark to oversee the autopsy, insisted that the corpse’s neck wounds were consistent with homicidal strangulation.
Incredibly, the guards assigned to keep an eye on Jeffrey in his cell admitted to playing computer games instead of conducting welfare checks – and the security monitors aimed at his room mysteriously failed to function the night he died.

Tova Noel, one of the guards, declined to comment when contacted, as did the BOP.
Mark spoke out about the spooky birthday, insisting his brother was dead for hours before he was discovered at 6.33am and taken to the prison infirmary.
A “suicide timeline” released by the BOP showed “inmate Epstein unresponsive” after paramedics performed CPR, gave him injections of epinephrine (adrenaline) and intubated him.
The document read: “No pulse found, no shock advised, inmate prepared for transport to local hospital.”

But Mark said he believes the BOP is hiding evidence — including photos and video showing how his brother’s body was moved after he was allegedly found hanging in his cell.
He angrily said: “I asked for the footage from that camera from 6am to 12am on August 10th and that should show them taking Jeff off the ward – but I don’t understand that.”
“They gave a story about bulls, but they didn’t give it to me. I asked again in a different way, and I’m waiting for an answer.”

He added: ‘There was a photo of him in hospital, on a stretcher, wearing a hospital gown.
‘He didn’t wear that in prison. Who decided to dress this dead body in a hospital gown? They had to stand him up and put his arms through the sleeves. Who decided this?”
When asked if he will ever make sense of his brother’s death, Mark said, “Did we ever get a straight answer about John F. Kennedy? Do we have all the answers about the Kennedy assassination?”
