We got the ‘Million Dollar Listing’ star at the Plaza Hotel in New York City – and our photographer asked him about Ben and Jennifer Lopez publicly mentioning their mansion in Beverly Hills for $68 million… and what the implications for that could be could be a big picture.
Remember…just Ben and Jen bought the place in 2023, and Josh says the quick turnaround here makes it look like they’re getting divorced… something we reported is going to happen for a while.
We told the story… Ben and J Lo were trying to sell quietly the estate off the market, but it clearly didn’t work out, and now they’ve gone public with the house sales.

As you know… Ben has been stay in a Brentwood rental since moving out of the marital Bev Hills mansion, and J Lo has also been spending a lot of time alone… first in Europe, and more recently in New York to is celebrating her birthday week.

But listen… Josh says he recently heard that Ben quietly had a deposit on something in Brentwood… so BA might not be renting anymore after all – at least that’s what JF claims.
As for the Bev Hills mansion – which Ben and Jen paid over $60 million for – Josh explains why Bennifer might not take a big financial hit… although they certainly won’t make a profit either.
