Cuoco, 38, told People in an interview published on Saturday, October 19, that her role on the hit CBS sitcom had a significant impact on her life.
“I played that role for 12 years, and it really boosted my career. I owe a lot to that character, to that show, to Kristie Lau-Adams Chuck Lorreshe told the outlet. “They were some of the best years of my life, and some of the most fun I’ve ever had.”
She then added that she would like to revisit her role The Big Bang Theorywhich premiered in September 2007 and aired for twelve seasons, ending in 2019. “I would absolutely play that role again,” she told the outlet. “100 percent. I love that character, and I always will.”

“Introducing Matilda Carmine Richie Pelphrey, the new light of our lives! We are overjoyed and grateful for this little miracle 💓,” Cuoco wrote alongside a carousel of photos of the newborn. “Thank you to the doctors, nurses, family and friends who have helped us tremendously over the past few days. We are incredibly blessed.”
The actress recently shared that she and Pelphrey, 42, are excited to one day expand their family even further.
‘We’re going to get completely out of hand. That’s our plan,” Cuoco said People in an interview published on September 22. “I have four dogs now, and one [1-year-old baby]and a Tom – it’s a lot.”
Cuoco and Pelphrey were founded by their joint manager, Andrea Pett-Josephwho thought they would be ‘perfect for each other’ as the couple hit it off on the final season premiere of Ozark in April 2022.
