Kamala Harris called Donald Trump to congratulate him on his historic victory… just hours before she will address the nation for the first time since her loss, to officially certify the 2024 presidential election.
The VP’s campaign chairman, Jen O’Malleyshared in an email to Harris campaign staff that Kamala called President-elect Trump on Wednesday, urging him to be “a president for all Americans” and emphasizing the peaceful transfer of power in January, to avoid a repeat of prevent the turbulent transition of 2021.
President Joe Biden He is also expected to call President-elect Trump on Wednesday to express his congratulations. Biden will reportedly deliver a national address on Thursday.
