Spoiler alert: This message contains spoilers of “About Last Night”, episode 5, season 16 of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta”, streams on Peacock on 7 April.
On Sunday evening ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’, viewers finally saw an event that was predicted by the blogs well before March 9, when season 16 of the Bravo show premiered. In this incident, the old “Atlanta” star Kenya Moore was given the kind of problems – showy and malignant explicitly explicit images of Castmate Brit Eady on posterboards on camera – who can spell Doom for her who once appeared in the show again. It certainly ended her season early.
During the episode, entitled ‘About last night’, Moore – who came to the show in the fifth season – threw a grand opening party in Kenya Moore Hair Spa, her new store. Rookie Cast -member Eady, who had started a feud with Moore earlier in the season, arrived with a peace sacrifice, a bouquet of flowers with a card. In the run -up to the party, Eady Verbouw had expressed the other cast members about her earlier actions opposite Moore. When Moore rejected Eady’s apology, Eady left, after which Moore took the floor to shoot Eady because he tried to use her for a ‘moment’, and said, “I’m going to pay you dust.”
Then Moore unveiled a poster board – thanks to a researcher, she said – with “Who is this HO?” Written at the top, including the faded images of Eady. She then held up another poster board, that was – what the women said, an image of Eady who performed oral sex. The other women reacted with horror and said that Moore had gone “too far”, which Moore disputed. Outside the Spa, Porsha Williams, who has known Moore for years, said to producers: “I just want to take off my microphone. You can just pretend that I was never at this event.”
At the end of the episode, a Chryon was: “Based on the behavior of Kenya, the decision was made to stop filming this season.”
In practice, Bravo cutting tires with Moore meant that her presence was drastically scaled back in season 16. There were no solo scenes with her in the five episodes in which she appeared, cameras did not go to her house and she did not held confessional interviews, because they were filmed later in the season and after it was completed. Neither were there portraits of Moore from season 16 on the Bravo Press site.
Moore’s actions in “about last night” cost her job, at least for the time being. She took revenge on Eady, who – apparently out of nowhere – had chosen a fight with Moore when joining the show. After the bickering escalated, at the end of the 30 -March episode, Eady Moore seemed to threaten after a group dinner and said, among other things: “I don’t play them games, I got whips, pistols, everything” – the pronounced microphone caught. When Moore left the event with Castmate Williams, viewers heard her say in the car: “She spoke about weapons, she was talking about:” I still have my gun on me ” – this girl is a problem. She has to go, she really has to go, really. Let her really do something to me so that she can go!”
Bravo viewers who follow ‘Real Housewives’ news, have known for months what led to Moore’s Anuester. In June last year, when reports began to leak about what happened in Moore’s Hair Spa – characterized as a “revenge porn” incident that led her to be suspended – Moore defended himself on TwitterWriting on 8 June 2024: “I would never participate in revenge porn, I never have private images or images of anyone spread or requested images that are owned by others to use to threaten or blackmail.” Sources close to Moore told Mensmagazine That “she was concerned about her safety.” Towards the end of the month, Moore left the show, which TMZ reported Was through a mutual agreement with Bravo.
Then in November, on the “Tamron Hall” show, Moore tried to explain what happenedSaying that she “didn’t feel protected” by producers, and that she felt that they treated her fears as if she were “a black karen.” Moore said she was starting to do ‘research’ about Eady and found explicit material from Eady a sexual act. “I said:” Ok, if no one else goes for me and protect myself, I will protect myself, and I will tell everyone what I discovered – it’s a receipt. “” She said she knew that Bravo would fade naked, because “it was explicit.”

Eventually Bravo announced the return of fan favorite Williams, who was then accompanied by earlier cast members Moore, Drew Sidora and Shea Morton (who was hurt from “Friend” and “Friend” and “Friend” and “Friend” and “Friend” and “Friend” and “Friend” and “Friend” and “Friend” and ” Oakley and Kelli Ferrell.
Moore, a former winner of Miss USA, joined “The Real Housewives” in 2012. During her years in the show she became known as a shadow queen who liked to turn (her Signature Move and Catchphrase). Yet Moore was also willing to dig her pain on the camera, or that was during her attempts to forge a relationship with the mother who had rejected her as a child or during her tumultuous, short marriage with (and endless separation of) Marc Daly, with whom she had Brooklyn. She is a compelling – if divided – figure and will certainly continue to have her champions.
After Moore Season 16 left, Phaedra Parks Die was on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” for seasons 3-9 back to the show. Parks were fired after season 9 because she spread a rumor and then repeated on the camera by Williams, that their colleague -castmate Kandi Burruss and her husband Todd Tucker were planning to drug Williams and sexually. If redemption and future employment are possible afterwards, then there might be a way back to “Real Housewives” for Moore.
