Kevin Hart’s ex-assistant tells how he forced her to sign a non-disclosure agreement

Hart’s ex-assistant has now hit back in a new lawsuit, claiming: “At the time I signed the NDA, I was suffering from significant mental health issues and was in significant financial distress due to my unemployment.”

“Hart was fully aware of my ongoing health issues and the critical need for health insurance and funds as I could not afford health insurance or prescribed medications,” she claimed. “When I executed the NDA, I was not aware that it contained a confidentiality clause as Hart told me it was simply a mutual release and would benefit me and my family.”
