The trailer for season 5 of “Law & Order: Organized Crime” has been released.
The series follows detectives in New York City who tackle extreme criminal companies through the organized Crime Control Bureau. The cast consists of Christopher Meloni, Danielle Moné Truitt, Ainsley Seiger, Dean Norris and Rick Gonzalez.
Meloni plays det. Elliot Stabler, his character of “Law & Order: SVU”, who works as a main detective for the organized Crime Control Bureau. The season deals with “the dangerous worlds of cross -border smuggling, high -tech domestic terrorism and a crime family that refers to the injury that he did in Rome, Stabler will put everything on the line to protect the official description of the season,” said the case for legal
Seiger plays Jet Sootmaekers and Gonzalez plays Bobby Reyes – two characters who help the research. Norris plays Stabler’s brother, Randall.
Season 5 will premiere on April 17 with the first two episodes, followed by episodes that release every Thursday. There are a total of 10 episodes of one hour. The series recently moved to Peacock, where it will be available for streaming. NBC will also broadcast the premiere.
Universal Television and Wolf Entertainment produce the series.
The show was made by Dick Wolf, Ilene Chaiken and Matt Olmstead. Executive producers include Wolf, Olmstead, Meloni, John Shiban, Mike Slovis, Peter Jankowski and Tim Walsh.
Mariska Hargitay commented on wanting to reunite with Meloni at one point, telling Variety That “it’s time for us now. This was not nearly in each other’s universe.”
