An anonymous woman who commented Sean “Diddy” and Jay-Z accused the sexual abuse of her on a house in Manhattan, which she was 13 years old, dropped her lawsuit on Friday.
The woman, identified as Jane Doe, reported the American court for the southern district of New York that she voluntarily rejects her lawsuit against Combs and Jay-Z, whose legal name is Shawn Carter, according to the submission of Huffpost. The lawsuit was rejected with prejudice, which means that the woman cannot submit it again.
Doe was one of the more than a hundred people represented by the lawyer Tony Buzbee in Houston who have accused combs of sexual misconduct. Combs has denied all misconduct in connection with several current lawsuits and a federal case for sex trade. The Judgment of Doe was the only one who also called Carter, who repeatedly denied the allegations and accused Buzbee of trying to ‘blackmail’ him.
According to the changed complaint from the lawsuit, the woman claims that she had a raced drink in an afterparty in New York City after the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards. After she got drunk, Carter and Combs took turns in her turn while a public female celebrity looked. She was then 13 and Carter and Combs would have been thirty in the early age.

Buzbee and the law firm mentioned as representation of Doe did not immediately respond to the questions from Huffpost about the fallen suit on Friday.
In the meantime, Carter called the lawsuit “without merit” and the resignation described a victory in a Statement posted on X, formerly Twitter.
“The fictional story they created was laughable, if not because of the seriousness of the claims,” Carter wrote. “I wouldn’t wish for this experience on anyone. The trauma that my wife, my children, beloved and I have endured can never be rejected. ‘
The rapper continued to criticize Buzbee and said, “The system failed.”
“This 1-800 lawyer may submit a suit that hid after Jane Doe, and when they quickly realize that the coupon will fail, they can run away without repercussion,” Carter wrote. “The court must of course protect the victims, while the courts with the same ethical responsibility must protect the innocent against accusation without a piece of evidence.”
Combs lawyer did not immediately respond to Huffpost on Friday.
