Mark Wahlberg is once again reminding fans why he might be on another level when it comes to his fitness routine.
RadarOnline.com can reveal how the A-lister continues his brutal training plan despite being on the road in a new video shared to his Instagram.

In the clip, the shirtless actor stood in a hotel bathroom with a cart filled with bags of ice stacked on top of each other as he prepared to pour them into the bathtub for an ice bath.
There was a small message on the cart that said the ice cream was “being held for a VIP.”
Wahlberg, wearing only shorts and sneakers, explained: “Wow, everywhere we go we get an ice bath. I’m going to keep living that cold life, let’s charge it.”

Along the way, the movie star was able to grab bags of ice from a hotel for a brutal ice bath.

He continued, “That’s a lot of ice, we’ll have to send some back and put some on ice for tomorrow. I love it”.
Fans were impressed with the Hollywood star’s latest training stunt, but Wahlberg’s own wife, Rhea Durham, had other thoughts.
She joked in the comments section: “Honey. So high maintenance.”

“I’m going to keep living that cold life,” Wahlberg said before ice was poured into the tub.

Wahlberg had fans buzzing earlier this year when he revealed that he starts his daily workouts by hitting the gym at 2 a.m. and showing off his routines, which include push-ups, leg presses, weight lifting and other things while the biggest part of the country was asleep.
In another video, Wahlberg explained what time he goes to bed to get up so early.
He said, “What time should I go to bed? Eight hours of sleep, always. If I do [up to go to] the gym at 1am, which means I went to bed at 5pm. Do the math.”

Wahlberg also explained that his morning focuses on praying, showering and then going to the gym.
The Ted star shared: “That happens every day. No more excuses. Get up and get it done. Let’s go.”
Despite keeping his body in top shape, Wahlberg has made it clear that he doesn’t like to show it off to the world.

Wahlberg, 53, is said to be “furious” after his wife uploaded a shower photo showing off his bare bum during their holiday last month.
A source said: “Even though the photo was only online for a short time it was enough to send Mark into a frenzy.
“He is extremely careful about what the public sees and what remains private. The last thing he wants is to have his bare bottom plastered all over the internet!”
They added: “Although Rhea quickly deleted the image, the short exposure caused tension – it’s a mistake she won’t make again!”

In 2023, Durham also posted a striking photo of her famous husband during a red light therapy session. In the snap, Wahlberg was wearing nothing but socks and underwear.
Likewise, Wahlberg revealed soon after that his wife didn’t exactly warn him that she would shoot the photo out.
He told ET, “She took the photo, posted it and then told me that’s what she was going to do.”
