Matthew Perry's ketamine doctor plans guilty plea: report

Plasencia and Sangha have pleaded not guilty.

Chavez’s attorney, Matthew Binninger, told reporters outside the courthouse on Friday: “Mark is doing everything he can to accept responsibility for what happened in this crime. He is cooperating as much as possible to try to right what wrong happened here.”

Sangha’s middleman has also been charged in the case. Erik Vlamingand Perry’s live-in personal assistant, Kenneth Iwamasawho administered the fatal dose to the sitcom star. Both have entered guilty pleas.

A Hollywood insider who wished to remain anonymous said this earlier RadarOnline.com Chavez’s plea deal had “absolutely let down stars and power players” because “he was able to spread names of other users, dealers and contacts who have kept L.A. awash in ketamine and other deadly tranquilizers for years.”
