“Mayor of Kingstown” season 4 has added four new cast members.
Edie Falco (“The Sopranos,” “Nurse Jackie”), Lennie James (“The Walking Dead”, “Save Me”), and Laura Benanti (“Younger”, “No hard feelings”) are all ready to go with Jeremy To shine with Jeremy Renner in the coming fourth season of the Paramount+ Drama.
Falco plays Nina Hobbs, the new prison guards from Anchor Bay. James plays Frank Moses, described as “a legendary gangster who is respected in the city of Detroit, the state of Michigan and much afterwards.” Benanti plays Cindy Stephens, a new correctional officer who is recruited in Kingstown.
Falco is being reputed by CAA and Entertainment 360. James is being repeated by UTA, Entertainment 360 and Independent Talent Group. Benanti is traced back by the Gersh Agency, Untitled Entertainment and Schreck Rose.
Together with rider, the cast also includes Hugh Dillon, Tobi Bamtefa, Taylor Handley, Derek Webster, Nichole Galicia and more. The official description states that the series’ follows the Mevlky family, Machtmakelaars in Kingstown, Michigan, where the company of imprisonment is the only thriving industry. By tackling themes of systemic racism, corruption and inequality, the series gives a grim look at their attempt to bring order and justice into a city that has neither of them. “
Taylor Sheridan made ‘Mayor of Kingstown’ together with Dillon. Both serve as executive producers alongside rider. Dave Erickson acts as an executive producer and showrunner. Antoine Fuqua, David C. Glasser, Ron Burkle, Bob Yari, David Hutkin, Michael Friedman, Dave Erickson, Christoph Schrewe, Wendy Riss, Evan Perazzo and Keith Cox also executive products. The series is produced by MTV Entertainment Studios, 101 Studios and Bosque Ranch Productions.
