Mick Jagger turns down a $25 million book deal, doesn't want to go back to the past

Although Jagger won’t be putting pen to paper anytime soon, he still entertains audiences around the world. The Rolling Stones recently completed their American leg of the… Hackney diamonds tour.

Now the aging rockers – including guitarist Keith Richards, 79, and bassist Ronnie Wood, 76 – are taking a much-needed break before picking up their instruments and heading to South America for more concert dates. The group misses their old drummer Charlie Watts, who passed away in 2021 at the age of 80.

Jagger opened up about the loss of his old bandmate and the trials of growing older in a recent interview with The Guardian.
