Nikki Bella focuses on fall messages during Artem Chigvintsev’s arrest update

NikkiBella focuses on having a gourd day amid the news of her estranged husband, Artem Chigvintsevwill not face criminal charges following his domestic violence arrest last month.

The former WWE star stepped out in Napa Valley, California, on Tuesday, where she ran a fall-themed errand… picking up some oversized pumpkins with October 1st just around the corner.

Nikki seemed to be stocking up on the fall decor on her own… as her twin sister, BrieBellanor her 4 year old son, Matteo Chigvintsevwere spotted during the outing.

Although the reality star appeared to try to keep a low profile while picking up her large squash order…donning an oversized visor and black sunglasses as she loaded up her car.

Nikki was also noticeably not wearing her wedding ring…which she was dumped first not long after her explosive breakup with the ‘Dancing with the Stars’ alum.

TMZ broke the story… Artem was arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence after calling 911 about an incident at his and Nikki’s Napa Valley home. Weeks after the arrest, Nikki filed for divorce the professional dancer… whom she married in August 2022.

Nikki has remained relatively silent throughout the entire situation… asking through her representative for “privacy” for herself and her family.

Artem won a legal victory in the case on Tuesday, but… Napa County District Attorney Allison Haley announced that her office had done so refused to press charges to the TV personality.

The prosecutor explained… “We are required to prove every criminal charge ‘beyond a reasonable doubt’, which is the highest standard in the American criminal justice system. If the available evidence does not reach this level of proof, then we cannot ethically to file a complaint.”

Nikki and Artem were Photographed for the first time last weekwhen AC arrived at their former family home to spend time with little Matteo. As we reported… Nikki kept a noticeable distance during the visit, but had her own one-on-one moment with Matteo that same day.

Nikki is currently seeking legal and physical custody of Matteo, although Artem has requested joint custody.
