Northbound Interstate 25 is closed in Castle Pines after a single-vehicle crash caused a car fire, Douglas County officials said.
All northbound traffic is being diverted to Castle Pines Parkway due to an accident near Ridgegate Parkway, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said in a post on
South Metro Fire Rescue crews responded to a crash involving a fully involved vehicle fire around 4:50 p.m., the agency said on X. Firefighters discovered the crash involved an electric vehicle and are evaluating people for injuries.
