Royal City, Wash. – Cascade -milling is expanding its biological flour feature in Central Washington with a new building and upgrading its retail packaging line, the last of which is expected to make his packaging process more efficient and flexible.
Cascade Milling said that the upgrades will enable private label products because of its reach of organic flower, grains and baking mixes.

We are also pleased to offer private label organic flower, grains and baking mixes, so that we further expand our product range to meet the needs of our customers. “
Cascade Milling, founded in February 2015, is a family business, vertically integrated operation that grows several thousand hectares of organic wheat and other crops near the Columbia River in Central Washington, and the mill (near the farm of the company in the Columbia- Pelvic) produces various million pounds of organic flower per year.
Cascade Milling also said that it recently donated eight tons of his organic pancake and waffle mix to the Regional Food Bank in Los Angeles to support auxiliary efforts for those affected by the recent fires in the Los Angeles area. The donation corresponds to approximately 323,000 pancakes or waffles, said Cascade Milling.
