Smart Ring Maker Oura has made his Oura advisor AI assistant available through his app.
Oura initially tested his AI advisor via Oura Labs, which meant that it was only available for a select number of users. Now it has been made available for all English language Oura Ring 4 and Oura Ring 3 users via the Oura app.
Oura has announced the position as “your AI-driven personal health companion” on its website.
What can the Oura adviser do?
The most important function of our adviser is to take all health statistics that have been recorded by wearable products from Oura Ring – sleep, activity, readyness and resilience – and this contextualizes with extra personal guidance.
This can take the form of useful visualisations for that data, such as graphs and graphs. It can also help you to make plans to achieve your goals.
In all this you can reach the relevant answers through natural conversation prompts. You can ask Oura advisor why your readyness score immerses or for advice on optimizing your sleep.
You can also ask OOA advisor more general questions about topics such as women’s health, heart health and other Oura functions.
It is possible to set up our adviser to be more conversation with his answers, or to go for a more direct, targeted tone. It is also possible to set the frequency of the check-ins.

How access to Oura Advisor
Oura rolls out his new AI advisor for the next two weeks to the English language that our Ring 3 and 4 users speaks. Other languages will be supported later in 2025.
Our OURA adviser is accessible via various points in the user interface of the Oura app, including the + function and via readiness insight prompts.
If you notice that you will or should ask the types of questions you can or should ask, Oura Advisor will give you a selection in advance written instructions to help you on your way.
The Oura Ring 4 was all our favorite smart ring on the market. With these new AI insights, it might just start to pull away the competition.
