Lakewood police are looking for a man accused of groping women on an electric mini bike in the metro area.
The man, whose identity is not known, assaulted women by riding past them on his bicycle and slapping their buttocks. Lakewood police reported this.
On Jan. 1 around 3 p.m., a woman was attacked while running on the Bear Creek Trail in Lakewood, west of South Kipling Parkway and east of the Fox Hollow Golf Course, police said.
A second woman was attacked on Jan. 2 around 3:15 p.m. near the intersection of South Kipling Parkway and Yale Avenue, just east of where the first incident occurred and near the same path.
Similar incidents have occurred in Denver and Sheridan, police said.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic man with a mustache, who was wearing a gray hoodie, a tan work jacket and a black backpack with a large red “Levi’s” patch on the back.
