Washington-Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Rattled statistics about chronic diseases, sparring with democratic senators, went back on his earlier support for abortion and accused senators to distort his earlier comments during a confirmation hearing session of three and a half hours earlier the Senate Finance Committee on Wednesday.
Senators dealt with a bewildering range of issues while she grilled RFK Jr., the choice of President Trump, to lead the Ministry of Health and Human Services. During the controversial hearing, RFK Jr. Some concrete ideas to regulate food and nutrition programs, but did not offer any details about his plans to change how the health care system works in the United States.
RFK Jr. Easy offered promises to keep access to vaccines, to support global healthcare programs and retain HHS employees he saw as their work, in an attempt to reassure skeptic senators. He formed his earlier criticism of vaccines as noble efforts to attack powerful interests.
