An early morning crash at Interstate 25 in Huerfano County in South Colorado killed the driver of a semitrailer and sent a snow plow to the hospital, according to Colorado State Patrol.
Civil servants from the State Patrille said the crash with two vehicles took place in the Northern I-25 near Milepost 57, just north of Walsenburg, at 4:53 am Wednesday. Researchers believe that the semi-toilet has finished the snow plow in succession.
The driver of the semitrailer died on the scene of the crash and paramedics brought the snow plow driver to a hospital with unknown injuries, said civil servants of the state patrol. It is not clear whether the snow plow was under the fleet of the Colorado Department of Transportation.
According to CDOTThe right shoulder of Northbound I-25 is closed for the crash clearance and the investigation between exit 56 for Redrock Road and exit 59 for Butte Road, about 7 miles north of Walsenburg. Walsenburg is about 37 miles north of Trinidad.
