One person was found dead Tuesday in a stabbing on the Cherry Creek Trail in Denver’s Speer neighborhood.
Denver police on Tuesday began investigating an outdoor death on the Cherry Creek Trail near East Speer Boulevard and North Washington Street. Department officials said this in a post on X.
Department officials announced that the death was being investigated as a homicide Wednesday, but declined to release additional information about the case, citing the ongoing investigation.
