Both Mellencamp, 43, and Postel were spotted separately at the Las Vegas National Horse Show, held earlier this week at the South Point Arena and Equestrian Center. In photos obtained by the Daily mailMellencamp wore a beige hoodie and matching baseball cap as he watched daughter Slate, 12, compete in the tournament.
Postel, married to equestrian trainer Simon Schröder, rode in another event.
We weekly confirmed earlier this month that Mellencamp had previously been involved in an affair with Schroeder after he trained her pet horse. The Bravo alum was married to Edwin Arroyave at the time, with whom she shares Slate, Cruz, 10, and Dove, 4. (Mellencamp filed for divorce earlier this month, citing the fact that they split on October 20. Arroyave’s response claimed they split weeks later.)
Mellencamp subtly addressed the affair scandal during the Thursday, November 14, episode of her podcast “Two Ts in a Pod.”

Thanks to Simon Schroeder/Instagram“I’m sure everyone has seen everything on the global internet,” she said. “What I can say, and what I try very hard… There are multiple sides to every story. I’m not going to confirm or deny anything, but there are a lot of people involved.”
Mellencamp added: “I’ll say again the same statement I said before: the children, they are the priority. For now, that’s all I’m going to discuss about this.”
That’s what a source claims Us that Arroyave, 47, had also been unfaithful eight years ago. According to the insider, the businessman insisted he “hasn’t had an affair since” and the initial scandal was “a wake-up call” to focus on faith and family.
Schroeder and Postel have not discussed the alleged affair, although the latter previously described her friendship with Mellencamp.
“You know, [Teddi] was super excited about it [her horse Totally]but there were some bumps in the road and she needed help,” Postel said The Chronicle of the Horse in a February profile. “She went around the horse show trying to figure out who could be the strongest rider to help her in this situation, and pretty much everyone pointed to Simon.”
Postel added: “Teddi was unique in many ways because she saw the potential in this horse and saw all the beautiful pieces. Many people would probably have given up trying to sort it all out because it wouldn’t necessarily have been the easiest process. But she stayed the course. On good and bad days she has nice things to say about the horse and reasons to keep going. So I think she’s a special amateur in that respect because she doesn’t give up.”
