Teen reported missing from Lakewood last seen Sunday, police say

A 15-year-old girl was reported missing in Lakewood on Tuesday after she was last seen on Sunday. according to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation.

Valerie Ayala-Griego, 15, was last seen Sunday around 6:30 p.m. in the 6100 block of West 13th Avenue in Lakewood, police said in a missing person alert.

Ayala-Griego, a native teen whose tribal membership is Cherokee, is described as 6 feet tall, 130 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes, police said.
