Tom Cruise doesn’t halve things.
The Top Gun: Maverick actor, 62, has dropped $233 million of his estimated $600 million fortune on one of the most expensive penthouses in the world in London, RadarOnline.com can reveal.
His expansive path takes up an entire floor at the top of London’s ultra-exclusive One Hyde Park building, near Buckingham Palace.

A source said he rented there for $430,000 a week for years, but recently “took the plunge” and bought the palatial apartment because he now “considers himself a Londoner.”
The move comes as he gets closer to the actress Victoria Canal25, the one-armed actress RadarOnline.com unveiled he treats him to helicopter flights to meet people like him Bruce Springsteen after meeting for the first time at this year’s Glastonbury Festival.
Our insider said: “Tom has been living in London pretty much full-time for the past few years due to his filming schedule.
‘He spent so much time in the city and spent so much renting his penthouse that he finally decided it was time to buy.
“He now considers himself semi-English, and many of his friends say it is no coincidence that he is buying a penthouse the closer he gets to Victoria.”
The source said the couple is spending “more and more time together” as Cruise loves her company and “practically adores” the way she “overcame her disability.”

Recently cruising extensive VIP treatment on Canal by taking her backstage to meet 74-year-old Bruce Springsteen after they attended his performance at Wembley Stadium in London on July 25.
Canal was born without a right forearm and hand due to a condition called amniotic band syndrome, but despite what she calls her “limb difference,” she still plays piano and guitar.
Cruise was impressed with her when she performed a rendition of Coldplay paradise during the band’s headline performance at the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury in June – with an insider telling us: “Tom fell in love with her tenacity and talent.”

While Canal has no ties with Cruise’s controversial Scientology religionthe source said: “Scientologists talk a lot about how they help people overcome difficulties and trauma, and they have a lot of admiration for those who can do that, so Victoria certainly fits the bill in that way.”

Cruise’s new London property is in a building built by property magnate Nick Candy, 51, who runs his property empire with brother Christian, 49.
Described as “a lavish trophy project”, the Born on the 4th of July Actor’s two-storey penthouse is one of London’s most prized homes.

Cruise is seen regularly sprint out of the building for a run on Saturday afternoon – but also uses the pad for lavish parties.
Insiders say they will start in the late afternoon and be catered privately with a guest DJ.
A source said: “All staff are required to sign lengthy non-disclosure agreements, and no selfies or photos are allowed.”

But Cruise likes an early night and his bashes would end around 9pm because he likes to be ‘considerate’ to his wealthy neighbors.
His penthouse features a double-height formal reception with an eight-metre ceiling, along with a huge glass fireplace and a Japanese-inspired kitchen with Black Forest granite worktops and floors, Gaggenau appliances and a large marble countertop.
Cruise’s penthouse has five en suite bedrooms, each with unique marble bathrooms and generous fitted wardrobes – with the master suite spanning 2,300 square feet and overlooking Hyde Park.

In addition to a cocktail bar, pool table, home cinema, two study and meeting rooms, there is a private spa with amenities such as a treatment room, sauna and steam room.
There is also a dedicated gym with state-of-the-art equipment – with four secure underground parking spaces, storage areas and two secondary staff entrances.
Despite flash advertising about the 86-apartment project, it is maligned for being a hideout for the world’s most mysterious figures.

It specializes in secrecy and security, with panic rooms with advanced technology and bulletproof glass – and it even comes with bowler-hatted guards trained by the British Special Forces.
Residents’ mail is even screened before it is delivered.
Architectural historian Professor Gavin Stamp of the University of Cambridge has arrogantly labeled the four colossal, interconnected glass and concrete towers a “vulgar symbol” of “the hegemony of excessive wealth, an oversized gated community for those with more money then reason. settled in the heart of London”.
Another critic has mocked the “atmosphere emanating from a young Arab dictator”.
