Travis Kelce talks about Taylor Swift's great plan to improve his gameplay

Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce confirmed in an interview that aired Tuesday that his pop superstar girlfriend Taylor Swift has lined up some plays for him.

“I know none of the plays got a coach [Andy] Not yet, but if they ever do, I’ll make sure everyone knows it was her creation,” the NFL tight end said in an appearance on “The Rijke Eisen Show.”

He later added, “She’s a little biased and only makes plays for me. So we’ll see if they can coach Reid’s office.”

Eisen asked Kelce about Swift’s involvement in plays, referencing recent comments from Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes about the impact Swift has had on his team.

“She’s really interested in football and she asked a lot of good questions. She started drawing up plays, so maybe we should put one in,” Mahomes said in an interview with NBC’s Chris Simms.

Kelce similarly revealed in his interview with Eisen that the pop superstar is “so open to learning the game of football” and has linked the interest she has in the sport to the attention she gives to her music career.

“I think what makes her so good at her job is that she is so detailed in every aspect of it,” he said. “From the lyrics to the music and, you know, even the releases and the music videos and everything, she’s so detailed and a part of it that I think she was just curious about the profession.”

Chiefs CEO Clark Hunt, in a separate interview with Eisen, said he’s “not surprised” that Swift is drafting plays for her boyfriend.

“If you’re as talented as she is, I wouldn’t put anything past her. And the good news is: Andy is really open-minded, right?’ said Hunt, who added that he’s fine with Swift proposing plays.

“I will say that Andy likes to say he has 51% of the vote on what’s actually in the game plan,” he added. “So I know, you know, if she signs something for us, it’s going to be great and Andy’s going to bet on it.”
