Trump loses the battle to move the Hush Money case – while Kamala Harris surges ahead

Donald Trump has a bad start to the week. Not only has he lost an attempt to move his criminal hush money case from state to federal court, but… Kamala Harris is now about to unveil a new fiscal policy just as she gains another big boost of support.

RadarOnline.com can reveal that District Judge Alvin Hellerstein rejected Trump’s latest attempt to move his case, months after he was found guilty of 34 felonies for falsifying company records to cover payments to adult film stars Stormy Daniels.

While Trump was losing in court, Harris was back on the campaign trail.

After a busy Labor Day, the vice president is expected to propose a massive tax stimulus she plans to implement during her first term.

She is about to announce the expansion of small business tax breaks from $5,000 to $50,000 – hoping to file 25 million new small business applications during her first four years in office.

“These men and women who lie there in the ground have no choice as to whether or not their graves are used as a backdrop for a political campaign.

“I think anyone who has spent a lot of time in uniform understands that inherently: that this is not about you.

“It’s about these people who made the ultimate sacrifice in the name of their country.”

The rules for the upcoming debate include no notes, no hearing, no audience and no open microphones.

Harris, 59, had initially argued that the microphones should be open, but she ultimately agreed to the original terms.

Both Harris and Trump are scheduled to make multiple campaign stops in the days leading up to their on-stage showdown in Philadelphia next week.
