Combs and his family have also surrendered their passports and the disgraced rapper claims he will sell his private plane.
Judge Andrew L. Carter Jr. said, “There is no condition or combination of conditions to ensure that he will not obstruct justice or tamper with witnesses.”
Combs was returned to police custody Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn and will remain behind bars until his trial.
